The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the central station. I could easily walk to the airport shuttle stop. The room was cleaned daily (I saw the staff doing that).
The breakfast area got crowded at peak times (I noticed some guests had to wait).

The location was amazing. Super close to the train station! the staff seemed genuinely happy to help. What a plus. i loved that my room was bright and airy! it was cleaned daily too. fresh towels. Yippee!
My room had this strange stale smell. Like old socks. the window didn't block any noise. i heard every single train, car and loud talker outside! the walls were also really thin. I could hear my neighbors!

the location was close to the train station. that was adequate.
The room smelled musty. Oh joy. the mattress reminded me of sleeping on a trampoline. Not exactly supportive. the noise level was atrocious. Earplugs, anyone?

The room was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable TOO. The bathroom included both a bath and a shower. This hotel is in a great location close to transportation.

i found the staff to be very cute and helpful with directions. the daily room service ensured a consistently clean and tidy space. i was able to store my luggage securely after checkout for several hours. the proximity to public transportation made exploring very easy.
i noticed the soundproofing could be improved , as street noise was audible.
